Day 16 Please God (30 Day Prayer Challenge for the Children)
Biblical Living . Parenting . Prayer Challenge . Prayer Challenge for the ChildrenAs I said in the introduction, this challenge is an opportunity to spend the next thirty days being intentional about praying for a child or children.
I hope you had time to decide and write down the name or names of the child/children you will be praying for the next 30 days. If not take the time and do that now. Also, I would encourage you to use a prayer book/journal and write out your prayer each day. This just really allows to really think and ponder on the words, and gives you something to look back at as God answers these prayers. Reuse the prayers and add new notes as you continue to pray for the children in your life.
No matter how you choose to use this prayer guide, the most important thing is to be intentional. Don’t just make it a habit or chore that you check off your to do list each day. Make time and take time to really pray for the child/children, and ask God to show you ways to bless them.
Each day I will post the topic and scripture, and write out my prayer for you to use as a guide, as you go to the Father in prayer. No matter whom God lays on your heart to pray for that is exactly who you should be praying for.
May Yehovah God bless us as we seek to bless Him and His children.
Amen
Day 16 – Pray that your children will seek to please God and not people.
Pro 29:25; 1 Thessalonians 2:4; 1 John 2:15-17
Father,
Fill my children with the desire to not sin. But if they do sin, help them come to Your Advocate, Father—who is Yeshua Messiah, the Righteous One.
Thank you for His atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world. Make it known to my children that we have come to know Yeshua when we keep Your commands.
Whoever claims to live in Messiah must live as He did. Father, teach my children that to know You means to obey You, to Love You means to obey You.
Teach them that whomever claims to be in the light but hates a brother or sister is still in the darkness.
Anyone who loves their brother and sister lives in the light, and there is nothing in them to make them stumble.
But anyone who hates a brother or sister is in the darkness and walks around in the darkness. They do not know where they are going, because the darkness has blinded them. TAKE MY CHILDREN OUT OF THE DARKNESS!!!!
Father, when my children repent let them remember that their sins have been forgiven on account of Yeshua’s name.
Father, as We go through trials with our children remind Jeremy, the head of our home, that He dies know You and You are Faithful from the beginning. Remind my adult children, that YOU have overcome the evil one in their lives and you will do it in their younger siblings lives, and in the lives of their children.
ABBA Father, we know You, and You have known us from the very beginning. write to you, fathers, because you know him who is from the beginning. You have strengthened my children and filled them with Your Word, and they have overcome the evil one because of Your strength and power.
Do not let any of my children love the world or anything in the world.
For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the You but from the world.
The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does Your will Oh, Yehovah, lives forever.
As we walk in this last hour; and as we have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. We know it is the last hour.
Do not cast my children from You, but draw them closer as the end draws near.
Place You anointing on our family, and make You truth known.
Who is the liar? Let it not be my children. Let not even one of them deny that Yeshua is the Christ.
Grant my children eternal life.
Pour Your favor and love on my children, so that when Yeshua appears we may all be confident and unashamed before Him at His coming.
Give my children the deepest desire to do what is right and be born of Yeshua.
In His Name,
Amen

Things to know as you visit our site
We are Bible believing, scripture only people. We love to learn about the Hebrew roots of our faith. We believe it is important to not add or subtract from the Divine Word of God. The compiled scriptures that agree with one another and have no contradiction is the 66 books of what is commonly referred to as the Christian Bible, or the Holy Bible.
These writings were originally written by men inspired by God. They were written in the language of the writers and readers of the original documents. Many of the original documents have been lost, but God’s Word is eternal and remains. Therefore, it is important to us to study, learn, and consider the culture, history, and language of the original writers of the scriptures.
In our studies we have learned that the true name of God is Yehovah, and His son, our Messiah, is named Yeshua. Therefore, as you read our posts we will use the Hebrew names of God and our Messiah.
