Pass It On. (Day 18 of the Challange)

90 day challenge

I have been learning a lot by doing this Bible challenge. A thing I have learned by reading the book of Judges is to teach my children (whom I have none yet, and I’m not married yet), but when I have children I need to teach them to love the their God with all their heart and with all their soul and with all their might. Duet. 6:5-9 & Matt 22:37.

So that they will teach it to their children and pass it on to their children. Because so many times in the Bible one generation follows God and does what’s right in Gods eye’s, but they forget to teach their children and they live in sin and do evil in the sight of God.  God repeatly tells us to teach it to our children so that they may live prosperous in their land and live long. (Duet. 4:40 , Eph 6:2 , Joshua 1:8, and other verses both in Old and New.)  This has challenged me to understand the Bible and to learn how to teach it to my furture children, to pass it on.

I already have a lot of experience with being a homeschooler, have two amazing parent’s , grandparent’s, Uncle’s, Aunts, and godly friends. But I still have a lot to learn! So that’s all.

Things to know as you visit our site

We are Bible believing, scripture only people.  We love to learn about the Hebrew roots of our faith.  We believe it is important to not add or subtract from the Divine Word of God.  The compiled scriptures that agree with one another and have no contradiction is the 66 books of what is commonly referred to as the Christian Bible, or the Holy Bible.

These writings were originally written by men inspired by God.  They were written in the language of the writers and readers of the original documents.  Many of the original documents have been lost, but God’s Word is eternal and remains.  Therefore, it is important to us to study, learn, and consider the culture, history, and language of the original writers of the scriptures.

In our studies we have learned that the true name of God is Yehovah, and His son, our Messiah, is named Yeshua.  Therefore, as you read our posts we will use the Hebrew names of God and our Messiah.
