For several months, I have been praying some very specific prayers over myself, my spouse, and my children. There seemed to be a plague of unwellness over our family. Physically, mentally, and spiritually. Some of my family members had very specific health issues that they had asked me about, and some seemed to be struggling
This morning, I took my kids to church. I got up and got them around, and drove in the snow to the church down the road. I almost didn’t go. I almost talked myself out of it. It had been a very long emotionally exhausting week, and I could have easily stayed home and rested.
