Doing Bible Things in Bible Ways

This is a page dedicated to sharing how we live our lives as Whole Bible Believers.   Each post is written to help answer those commonly misunderstood questions that our friends and family ask us.

Here at Torah Talk we will be defining Whole Bible Believers as follows:

A Believer is someone who believes in Jesus (Yeshua) of the Bible as Messiah, and chooses to follow His example of obedience to YHVH God.  A Whole Bible Believer is a Christian that believes that following Yeshua is done by understanding that all scripture is God breathed and useful for  teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness;  so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work. As it is written in 2 Timothy 3:16-17.  Furthermore, a Whole Bible believer believes that all 66 books of the Holy Bible are the Divine Word of God, and that the first five books of the Bible are the foundation of all scripture.  The first five books of the Bible are Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy.  These five books are called the Torah, the instructions of YHVH, for His people.  So, in conclusion a Whole Bible Believer  is a follower of Yeshua, that believes the Torah is the foundation of God’s instruction for life.

It is our hope here at Torah Talk to help Whole Bible Believers clearly explain their beliefs and practices using the Word of YHVH.

May these materials bless you.

Shalom

Things to know as you visit our site

We are Bible believing, scripture only people.  We love to learn about the Hebrew roots of our faith.  We believe it is important to not add or subtract from the Divine Word of God.  The compiled scriptures that agree with one another and have no contradiction is the 66 books of what is commonly referred to as the Christian Bible, or the Holy Bible.

These writings were originally written by men inspired by God.  They were written in the language of the writers and readers of the original documents.  Many of the original documents have been lost, but God’s Word is eternal and remains.  Therefore, it is important to us to study, learn, and consider the culture, history, and language of the original writers of the scriptures.

In our studies we have learned that the true name of God is Yehovah, and His son, our Messiah, is named Yeshua.  Therefore, as you read our posts we will use the Hebrew names of God and our Messiah.
